What can you do?

• Contact your alderperson

  Having a 1-year moratorium goes through them, as well as a vote to adopt the AI data center plans

• Contact your state representatives

  Encourage them to co-sign. Wisconsin LRB-6903/1 is a proposed bill in the Wisconsin State Legislature that aims to eliminate sales tax exemptions for data centers.

• Help educate your family, friends, neighbors, and community 

  The Microsoft AI data center and the accompanying We Energy gas power plant will affect all the communities around it, Paris, Somers, and Kenosha

• help keep awareness up

  We have Yard signs available for free, and they have been a big hit, but they are just a start

  We also have flyers targeting each district available

  and would like to have a point person in each district
